The specimen is a scalpellid barnacle from the Eocene. It is Arcoscalpellum quadratum (Dixon, 1850) which is common in the London Clay of the UK, if only rarely articulated.

I think that the specimen is important as it is the only specimen from Denmark, and there are very few articulated individuals known. It might be worth writing a note on it for a Danish journal.
