 Beskrivelse:   af  Gilles Cuny
DK 619 represents the proximal third of a pinniped radius, measuring 53 mm in length, which has been found in the Late Miocene Gram Formation. Although a precise identification of such remain is quite difficult, fossils of pinniped are very rare in the Miocene of Europe according to Prof. Annalisa Berta from the San Diego State University of California: "Well yes they are of interest as pinniped bones form the Miocene are not common, and even rarer from your part of the world".
